Terms of service
Last updated 5 October 2026
These terms govern your use of Flexie Inventory Management Solutions (“the service”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the service you agree to them. If you are agreeing on behalf of a business, you confirm you are authorised to bind that business.
1. Your account
You must give accurate registration details and keep them current. You are responsible for everything done under your account, and for keeping your password secure. Tell us promptly if you believe someone else has gained access.
New registrations are reviewed before they are activated. We may decline a registration, and we may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms.
2. Your data
Your inventory, sales, customer and supplier records remain yours. We process them only to provide the service, as described in our privacy policy. Each business’s data is kept separate from every other business on the platform.
You are responsible for making sure you have the right to store any personal data you upload.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the service unlawfully, or to store unlawful content;
- attempt to access another business’s data, or probe or test our security without consent;
- interfere with or disrupt the service, or place unreasonable load on it;
- resell or redistribute the service without a written agreement with us;
- reverse engineer the service except where the law expressly allows it.
4. Trials, fees and payment
New accounts include a free trial. Paid plans are billed in advance for the period shown at checkout. Fees are non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise or we state otherwise in writing.
We may change our prices. If we do, we will give you reasonable notice before the change applies to your account, and you may cancel before it takes effect.
If payment fails we may restrict access to the service until the account is brought up to date. Your data is retained during this period, subject to section 7.
5. Availability
We work to keep the service available and your data safe, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may suspend access for maintenance, and will give notice where we reasonably can.
6. Liability
The service is provided “as is”. To the fullest extent permitted by law we exclude implied warranties, and we are not liable for lost profits, lost revenue, or indirect or consequential loss. Our total liability in any twelve-month period is limited to the fees you paid us in that period.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
7. Ending your account
You may stop using the service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these terms, or where we are required to by law.
After an account is closed we retain your data for a limited period so you can export it, then delete it. You can ask us to delete it sooner.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. If a change is material we will tell you before it takes effect. Continuing to use the service after that point means you accept the updated terms.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of [jurisdiction to be confirmed], and the courts of that jurisdiction have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
10. Contact
Questions about these terms can be sent to us through the contact form.
